Dennis Parker Jr., a four-star forward in the Class of 2023, has committed to N.C. State over Oklahoma State and Georgetown.

The 6-foot-6 Virginia native visited N.C. State back in early September and ultimately chooses the Wolfpack a little over a month later.

Parker becomes the first commit in head coach Kevin Keatts’ class of 2023. N.C. State are also heavily in the mix for four-star guard Ty-Laur Johnson and three-star center Brandon White.

“I ultimately chose N.C. State because I feel like this is a place where I can walk in as a freshman and prove everyone wrong, about all the opinions they had of me in the past,” Parker told On3 Sports. “Coach Keatts has been recruiting me hard since a freshman so I respect that also.”
