Blue blood Duke (No. 21) returned to the AP Poll for the first time since January, following their season sweep of North Carolina on Saturday.
The Blue Devils (23-8, 14-6 ACC) are on a six game win streak and hold the No. 4 seed in the ACC tournament.
Houston remains at No. 1 in the final regular season poll as UCLA rose up to No. 2 following their 82-73 win over No. 8 Arizona on Saturday. The Bruins will be the No. 1 seed in the Pac 12 tournament.
The top 10 includes: Houston (1), UCLA (2), Kansas (3), Alabama (4), Purdue (5), Marquette (6), Texas (7), Arizona (8), Gonzaga (9), Baylor (10).
Creighton and Missouri also saw themselves ranked again after Blue Jays handled DePaul and Georgetown last week. Missouri beat Ole Miss and LSU last week as well.
Texas A&M saw the biggest jump in this week’s poll, soaring up six spot to No. 18 after their 67-61 win over No. 4 Alabama on Saturday.
The Big 12 continues to hold the most teams in the poll, as Kansas (No. 3), Texas (7), Baylor (10), Kansas State (12), and TCU (22), all head to a Big 12 Tournament with the field wide open.
The Big East once again came second to the Big 12 as four teams checked into this week’s rankings: Marquette (No. 6), UConn (11), Xavier (15), and Creighton (24). Providence fell out of the rankings following two home losses last week to Xavier and Seton Hall.
