Indiana coach Mike Woodson was in danger of walking into next season without a single high school recruit after losing five-star small forward Liam McNeeley earlier this month. But now, Woodson has pivoted to another five-star small forward in the 2024 class: Bryson Tucker.
Tucker, the 6-foot-7 small forward from Bishop O’Connell High School (VA), committed to Indiana on Thursday. He chose the Hoosiers over Michigan State and Kansas, and Tucker is now the lone commit in Indiana’s 2024 class.
The forward is ranked the No. 20 overall prospect and No. 1 player in the state of Virginia by 247Sports. Tucker is described as a versatile wing with a polished offensive arsenal. He’s a big get for the Hoosiers.
