Rumors have swirled over the past 24 hours linking Bronny James to the transfer portal with Lebron James saying “he has some tough decisions to make” on Tuesday night.
“I don’t know where it [the rumors] came from, but Bronny’s his own man, and he has some tough decisions to make,” Lebron said. “When he’s ready to make those tough decisions, he’ll let us all know, but as a family, we’ll support whatever he does.”
The rumors come in the wake of former USC coach Andy Enfield taking the job at SMU. Arkansas head coach Eric Musselman interviewed for the job in Los Angeles Tuesday. Bronny averaged 4.8 points in 25 games last season. He’s no longer in 2024 NBA mock drafts but stands as the No. 39 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, according to ESPN.
