Duke landed a commitment from Rice transfer Cameron Sheffield on Thursday, per On3.com.

The 6-foot-6 junior guard from Alpharetta, Ga., averaged 7.6 points and 6.1 rebounds last season at Rice while shooting 43% from the field and 37% from deep.

He is Duke’s fourth incoming transfer, along with six incoming freshmen.

The Blue Devils added former Tulane guard Sion James, former Purdue forward Mason Gillis and former Syracuse forward Maliq Brown out of the portal.

They will also bring in the nation’s No. 1 recruiting class, highlighted by projected No. 1 Draft pick Cooper Flagg. Flagg is accompanied by five-stars Khaman Maluach, Isaiah Evans, and Kon Kneuppel, as well as Patrick Ngongba II and explosive scorer Darren Harris.
