NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. — London Jemison, a top-40 player in the class of 2025, has scheduled visits to Alabama (Sept. 7), Louisville (Sept. 21) and Notre Dame (Sept. 27), he told ZAGSBLOG at this week’s Nike Peach Jam.
The 6-foot-7 wing out of Expressions Elite AAU has been one of the fastest risers this spring, and has been rewarded with a blue-blood offer from Kansas on July 18 and interest from UConn.
Jemison also took a recent official visit to Syracuse and unofficial to Providence.
He plans to cut his list in August to around five-or-six schools and aims to commit sometime before his high school season, potentially in October.
He all of his options to ZAGSBLOG:
Alabama: “[I’m looking forward to] seeing their play style, how they practice and how they prepare. I like the coaching staff a lot, they recruit me really well. Coach Preston [Murphy], I have a great relationship with him. I definitely like their play style a lot and how they like to play their freshmen.”
Louisville: “I know coach Pat Kelsey has a really good résumé. He had a good year last year and I’m excited to see what he’ll do the next few years at Louisville
Notre Dame: “I like the coaching staff a lot and am excited to see more of their playing style live.”
Kansas: “I’d say the coaching staff has done a good job recruiting me. Play style-wise, they’ve always had good, big, wings in the past and see me as a pro-style wing who can push the ball and shoot it.”
UConn: “Coach [Dan] Hurley has a great résumé and is winning coach. They really know how to win over their, the play style is really good and they produce pros.
Syracuse: “Coach Red [Autry] and coach Gerry McNamara were there, it was a great official. I got to see them play live, they have a great play style: they play free, shoot, play fast. The facilities and campus were nice, it was fun for sure.”
Providence: “It was good, coach [Kim] English is a great coach and likes my versatility, that I can guard 1-through-4, do a lot on the court and be a versatile wing for them.”
Jemison is ranked the No. 58 overall prospect in the 2025 class by 247Sports and the No. 2 player in Connecticut.
“I think I’m a high level wing,” Jemison said. “I can do multiple things, shoot, pass, dribble, create, rebound pretty well too, run the floor. I’m just a versatile wing that can guard one-through-four. I can do whatever you need on the court, bringing whatever coach needs for sure.”
