Class of 2025 center Malachi Moreno will be announcing his college decision on Friday, Aug. 16 at 11 a.m. ET, per Joe Tipton of On3. The announcement will be made in the Great Crossing High School Gymnasium and all are welcome to attend, per Moreno’s X.com page.
The 6-foot-11, 230-pound center from Georgetwon (KY), will choose between his eight finalists Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisville, North Carolina, Notre Dame and Ohio State.

Kentucky is considered the favorite to land Moreno. It would be Mark Pope’s first high school commit as the head coach of Kentucky and his first commit in the class of 2025, if that’s where Moreno ends up.
