King Grace, a four-star in the class of 2025, has committed to Mississippi State, he announced Sunday.
The 6-foot-4 guard chose the Bulldogs over TCU, Oklahoma, SMU, LSU, Texas A&M and Cincinnati, among others.
“Chris Jans knew I haven’t been coached by a soft coach all my life,” he said during the commitment. “All my coaches have been crazy and over the top, and Chris Jans said ‘I’m going to be next.'”
He was one of the summer’s biggest standouts, playing for Team Impact on the UAA circuit. Grace also had a huge showing at the UA Next Elite 24 showcase, flying around the court with his tough defense and playmaking ability.
Grace is the second commit in Jans‘ class of 2025, joining three-star wing Cameren Paul. The Bulldogs also had four-star combo guard Courtland Muldrew in for a visit this weekend, while four-star center Jamarion Davis-Fleming will be on campus next weekend.
