Cameron Hutson, a three-star in the class of 2025, has committed to Saint Louis, he announced Tuesday.

The 6-foot-6, 195-pound wing from Michigan chose Josh Schertz and the Billikens over Santa Clara, Bowling Green and Illinois State, among others.

“I chose SLU really because of the way coach Schertz likes to play,” he told ZAGSBLOG. “I am really able to envision my self in the offense and I feel like I can be really successful here. They have the resources and the people to be a really good basketball team.”

He is the second commit in Schertz’s class of 2025, joining 6-foot-11 big man Jax Kerr.

Hutson is an athletic wing who can shoot the ball at a high clip. His father, Andre Hutson, won the 2000 NCAA National Championship with Michigan State.
