Arizona State landed one of the nation’s best playmakers out of Pepperdine.

Moe Odum committed to Arizona State on Thursday after entering the transfer portal. The 6-foot-1 guard averaged 13 points, 7.5 assists, and 3 rebounds per game in his junior year at Pepperdine. He ranked fourth in the nation in assists per game, and had eight games with 10+ assists.

Arizona State struggled this year at 13-9 on the season and 4-16 in the Big 12. Adding a playmaker of Odum’s caliber will surely increase their roster’s upside for the upcoming season.
