NBA Scouts fill sidelines: There are double-digit NBA scouts here to watch the first game of the tournament, including one from the New York Knicks.

Darian DeVries pulls up: Indiana’s new head coach is court side to watch Sisley, his four-star power forward signee. He’s joined by assistants Nick Norton and Drew Adams.

Toombs dominates paint: The SMU signee leads the game in two categories at halftime with nine points and six rebounds to give Dynamic Prep a 29-20 lead. Greer has paced Montverde with eight points and two triples.

Coleman shines: Sam Houston has found itself a steal in Coleman, the 3-star guard. He does it all. Defends. Rebounds. Drives and dishes. Hits shots. He has eight points, four rebounds and four steals at halftime.

Game 2: No. 8 IMG Academy vs. No. 9 Wasatch Academy — 8 p.m. ET

IMG players to watch: Darius Acuff (Arkansas commit), Sadiq White Jr. (Syracuse commit), Kareem Stagg (Georgia commit), Jermal Jones (2026 4-star), Chase Foster (2026 4-star), Felipe Quinones (2026 4-star), Trey Beamer (2026 3-star), Zain Majeed (2027).

Wasatch players to watch: Isiah Harwell (Houston commit), Augustine Ekwe (New Mexico State commit), Katrelle Harmon (2026 4-star), Junior County (2026 4-star), Mariano Manciel (2026 3-star).

Acuff filling it up: A day after being among the top scorers in the McDonald’s All-American game, Acuff is at it again. He’s scored 10 points and has propelled a second quarter IMG run to take a 20-19 lead.

Manciel impressing: The best player in the game for Wasatch has been Manciel. He’s everywhere and has steadied the offensive attack. Nine points on 2-of-3 shooting from deep, three rebounds, three assists and two steals for the three-star guard. Wasatch leads 29-25 at the half.

Dayton coach in attendance: The Flyers recruiting coordinator Sean Damaska was spotted in the crowd during this game.

    Quarterfinals: Thursday, April 3

No. 3 Long Island Lutheran vs. No. 6 Prolific Prep — 2 p.m. ET

Long Island players to watch: Kiyan Anthony (Syracuse commit), Nigel James (Marquette commit), Kayden Mingo (Penn State commit), Nico Onyekwere (2025, undecided), Dylan Mingo (2026 5-star), MJ Madison (2026 4-star), Moussa Kamissoko (2027 5-star).

Prolific players to watch: Darryn Peterson (Kansas commit), Winters Grady (Michigan commit), Niko Bundalo (Washington commit), Mazi Mosley (LSU commit), Seven Spurlock (2026 4-star), Obinna Ekezie (2027 5-star), Gabe Nesmith (2027 5-star).

Carmelo Anthony baseline: The recently announced hall-of-famer is sitting on the baseline to watch his son.

Nigel James heating up: The Marquette commit has instantly impacted the game since checking in off the bench. James has two triples and received a soft technical for celebrating one of the makes. Long Island leads 17-15 at the end of the first quarter.

    Halftime box:

Getting chippy: Peterson was fouled hard by James on a fast break and the two got tangled up a little bit too excessively. Double technicals were assessed. James already had one technical and has been ejected after picking up his second.

Peterson foul trouble: With under 30 seconds left in the third quarter, Peterson picked up his fourth foul and is one away from fouling out. The Kansas signee has 14 points to lead Prolific Prep and will now have to play cautiously in the fourth quarter. Long Island leads 56-52 heading into the final frame.

Mosley’s clutch shots: The LSU commit has hit two huge triples here in the fourth quarter to give Prolific Prep a 62-58 lead. Prolific Prep’s bench loved it. What a game we have on our hands.

Wild finish: Peterson drained a clutch 3-pointer with 5.5 seconds left to put Prolific up 70-68. Anthony seemed to miss the final look, but Grady was called for a foul blocking out. That sent Dylan Mingo to the line with the opportunity to tie it. He didn’t miss. We’re head to overtime.

No. 2 Link Academy vs. No. 10 Dynamic Prep — 4 p.m. ET

Link players to watch: Chris Cenac (Houston commit), Jerry Easter (USC commit), Davion Hannah (Alabama commit), Amare Bynum (Ohio State commit), John Clark (Texas commit), Legend Smiley (2025 undecided 4-star), Andre Iguodala (2025 undecided), Keonte Greybear (2026 4-star), Trent Perry (2026 4-star).

Dynamic players to watch: Jermaine O’Neal Jr. (SMU commit), Jaden Toombs (SMU commit), Chris Nwuli (Rutgers commit), Jacobe Coleman (Sam Houston commit), Leroy Kelly (recent Oral Roberts decommit), Xavier Roberson (2026), Ryan Hampton (2027 5-star), Marcus Spears Jr. (2027 5-star).

Toombs dominating again: For the second day in a row, the SMU signee has been unstoppable in the paint. He has 21 points on 9-of-13 shooting and has knocked in a 3-pointer at the end of the third quarter. This performance has come while playing against the No. 1 center prospect in Cenac, who has just two points.

Perry showing out: The class of 2026 four-star has shown a lot of heart. Even with his team down big, he’s diving for loose balls, rebounding and doing everything he can to give Link some life. His energy has been noticeable, and boy is he athletic.

No. 4 Brewster Academy vs. No. 5 Bella Vista Prep — 6 p.m. ET

Brewster players to watch: Ebuka Okorie (Stanford commit), Dwayne Aristode (Arizona commit), Killyan Toure (Iowa State commit), Preston Fowler (James Madison commit), Nnawdalu Noble (2025, undecided), Darien Moore (2026 Seton Hall commit), Sebastian Wilkins (2026 4-star), Antonio Pemberton (2027 4-star).

Bella Vista players to watch: Jaion Pitt (Arizona State commit), Aginaldo Neto (2025, undecided), Miles Sadler (2026 4-star), Aliou Dioum (2026 4-star), Rokiem Green (2026), Noah George (2026), Paul Osaruyi (2027 5-star).

Sadler controlling game: The four-star class of 2026 guard has played cool, calm and collected while pacing Bella Vista’s offense. He’s gotten downhill, drawn fouls and converted at the line. Sadler has 12 points, two assists and a steal midway through the second quarter.

Green scoring with ease: Someone give this man some stars. The unranked prospect is filling it up with 18 points on 6-of-9 shooting from the field. And there’s still 4:51 to play in the third quarter. Green’s stroke is pure and he’s showing it off today.

Wilkins dominating: Brewster’s best player has been the four-star power forward. Wilkins has a double-double at the end of the third quarter with 17 points and 11 rebounds. His nose for the ball really stands out. Brewster leads 51-50 heading into the final frame.

    No. 1 Columbus vs. No. 9 Wasatch Academy — 8 p.m. ET

Columbus players to watch: Cameron Boozer (Duke commit), Cayden Boozer (Duke commit), Jaxon Richardson (2026 5-star), Caleb Gaskins (2026 5-star), Cello Jackson (2026 4-star), Keeper Jackson (2026 3-star).

Wasatch players to watch: Isiah Harwell (Houston commit), Augustine Ekwe (New Mexico State commit), Katrelle Harmon (2026 4-star), Junior County (2026 4-star), Mariano Manciel (2026 3-star).

Gaskins shining early: The five-star 2026 forward has played well to start the game. Put back his own miss and hit a pull-up middy. Really solid stroke for his size. Six points on 3-of-5 shooting in the first quarter.

Halftime… Columbus 38, Wasatch 19: Boozer twins with identical stat lines of 10 points, five rebounds and two assists. Gaskins six points, five rebounds. Richardson four points, six rebounds, two assists. County leads Wasatch with six points but is shooting 2-of-7 from the field. Harwell just two points on 1-of-6 shooting.

Wasatch run: The Tigers are within eight points at 49-41 after a big run. They’ve made 4-of-5 3-pointers. Just when it looked like this game was over, Wasatch has found itself right back in it.

    Semifinals: Friday, April 4
