Seton Hall is adding some high-level guard play to their backcourt.

Merrimack transfer Adam “Budd” Clark will be transferring to the Pirates, per On3.

The 5-foot-10 guard averaged 20 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 6 assists per game in his sophomore season at Merrimack. The Philadelphia native’s stats were good enough for top-23 and top-18 in points and assists in the country, respectively.

Clark will be coming in as guard Isaiah Coleman and forward Scotty Middleton are transferring out of South Orange.

Shaheen Holloway and the Pirates were at the bottom of the BIG EAST this season with a 2-18 conference record. They are hoping NIL revenue sharing will help them change that.
