Alabama gets some size and length in the frontcourt.
Florida State transfer Taylor Bol Bowen will transfer to Alabama, he announced Friday.
The 6-foot-10 forward averaged 8 points, 5 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game in his sophomore year with Florida State. Bowen played at Florida State for both of the first two seasons of his college career.
He will head to the SEC to play for Nate Oats at Alabama. Alabama came just shy of a Final Four appearance after losing to Duke in the Elite 8. They finished with a 13-5 conference record in the toughest conference in college basketball.
