Another player in the transfer portal is on their way to Georgetown.

Georgia Tech transfer Duncan Powell has committed to the Hoyas, he announced Saturday.

The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 12.2 points and 5.4 rebounds per game in his junior year. He spent his first two years in college at North Carolina A&T but redshirted his first year. In his third year, he transferred to Sacramento State before ending up at Georgia Tech the following season.

He will now play under head coach Ed Cooley, who also signed Baylor transfer Langston Love on Wednesday. Georgetown finished 7th in the BIG EAST this season with an 8-12 conference record.
