Seton Hall has secured its second transfer portal acquisition.

Elon transfer TJ Simpkins will play for the Pirates next season, he announced Saturday.

The 6-foot-5 Brooklyn native averaged 14.6 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game in his sophomore year.

Seton Hall struggled this year with a 2-18 conference record, the worst in the BIG EAST. However, they are confident that, through NIL revenue sharing, they can make the type of moves that can give head coach Shaheen Holloway a competitive roster.

The Pirates also signed Merrimack transfer Adam Clark to the program on April 2. Simpkins and Clark will be coming in as guard Isaiah Coleman and forward Scotty Middleton are on their way out.
