Scottie Lewis, the 6-foot-5 small forward from the Ranney (NJ) School and Team Rio, is planning several unofficial visits this summer.
After recently cutting his list to Villanova, St. John’s, Kentucky, Duke, Florida, Harvard and Stanford, Lewis is planning to visit St. John’s, Kentucky, Stanford and Florida this summer, Team Rio director
Brian Klatsky told ZAGSBLOG. .
According to 247Sports, Lewis is ranked as the No. 10 overall player in the Class of 2019 and the No. 3 player from the state of New Jersey.
“I am hoping that we are going to take a couple unofficial visits once I get home; we aren’t sure where they are going to be to,” Lewis recently told Rivals.com. “There is a lot of things that come into play for me with the person that I am and the basketball player that I am. There are a lot of categories and things that go into my college decision, so I am just kind of waiting it out and seeing what school will be the best fit for me. I am taking a bit of a longer time because I am not totally sure what I want in regards to the area, what I want out of basketball and really, what I want to do with my life.”
JALEN GAFFNEY ALSO TRIPPING
Jalen Gaffney, the Class of 2019 point guard who is Lewis’ Team Rio teammate, is also planning unofficial visits to Louisville, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Xavier and Virginia Tech, his father confirmed to
