Javonte Brown-Ferguson is down to three schools and will announce at 8 p.m. on Wednesday Nov. 13, he told ZAGSBLOG.
The 7-foot, 240-pound 16-year-old big man from Thornlea Secondary School in Ontario and the Under Armour Canada Elite AAU program has closed his recruitment following his recent official visit to UConn for their “First Night” festivities and is now considering the Huskies along with Kansas and Texas A&M. He has taken official visits to all three schools.
“I’m committing on the 13th,” he said.
Brown-Ferguson is currently in the Class of 2021 but is expected to reclassify to 2020 and enroll in college next season.

I could tell they had a couple bad years before but all those guys are ready to win and they’re ready for a big upcoming.” UConn has already landed wing Andre Jackson from Albany Academy and needs a big man to cement their class and position them to be a Top-25 team upon their re-entry to the Big East in 2020.
