Francis will choose between his final two of Dayton and New Mexico, per Stockrisers.com.
After missing his final two years of high school basketball with left knee injuries, Francis was limited to 16 games this season, averaging 3.3 points, 1.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 0.4 steals per game as a freshman at UNC.
He averaged 13.6 minutes per game last season and started in three games.
