Jaylen Brown, Diamond Stone, Melo Trimble and Buddy Hield all saw their draft stock rise in the latest DraftExpress.com Mock Draft for 2016.
The 6-foot-7 Brown, a freshman small forward at Cal, is now at No. 5, trailing LSU’s Ben Simmons, Duke’s Brandon Ingram, Maccabi Tel Aviv’s Dragan Bender and Providence’s Kris Dunn.
Kentucky’s Skal Labissiere is now at No. 6, followed by Marquette’s Henry Ellenson, Utah’s Jacob Poeltl, Kentucky’s Jamal Murray and Maryland’s Stone, a 6-10 freshman who was previously No. 11.
Cal freshman big man Ivan Rabb is now at No. 11.
Eight of those top 11 players would be one-and-dones, with Dunn and Poeltl the only upperclassmen and Bender a foreign player.
Trimble, a 6-3 sophomore point guard from Maryland, is up to No. 16 from 23, while the 6-4 Hield, a favorite to win National Player of the Year honors, is up to No. 17 from 22.
Kansas freshman forward Cheick Diallo, now out of the rotation for coach Bill Self, fell to No. 21 from 11.
Among Kentucky players, in addition to Labissiere and Murray, freshman guard Isaiah Briscoe is at 31, sophomore guard Tyler Ulis is 47, junior forward Marcus Lee is 56 and senior forward Alex Poythress remains off the board.
