Kansas transfer Bobby Pettiford commits to East Carolina

Bobby Pettiford Jr., a former four-star in the class of 2021, has transferred to East Carolina.

The 6-foot-1 Durham native averaged 2.2 points per game for the Jayhawks last season.

Pettiford is the first transfer to come into the East Carolina program this season. The Pirates have seen some serious turnover, though, as four players are transferring out.

East Carolina also has two commits in the class of 2023: forward Cyr Malonga and wing Ta’Korrie Faison.
