Jackson was ranked the No. 25 shooting guard in the Class of 2023, per 247Sports.com He is an exceptional athlete who will bring a lot of energy to the Cold Hearts OTE team and is known for his dunking and play-making. He signed the scholarship option with OTE to maintain his college eligibility. Jackson initially committed to Texas Tech last November, but changed course after the coaching change that saw Mark Adams get fired. Former Texas Tech assistant Al Pinkins is now on Chris Beard’s staff at Ole Miss and Jackson follows him there. Jason Jackson, a 6-foot-3 three-star shooting guard from Sarasota (FL) Riverview, announed Tuesday that he will reclassify to the Class of 2024 and spend next season with Overtime Elite before enrolling at Ole Miss.
