Class of ’24 guard Sir Mohammed sets announcement date

Sir Mohammed, the 6-foot-6 combo guard from Myers Park (NC), will announce his college choice on Saturday.

Sir Mohammed will make his college announcement on Saturday at the start of the Boys Elite 24 game on ESPNU at 8 PM ET. Mohammed is currently ranked no.71 in the ESPN 100 for the class of 2024.
His final schools are Notre Dame, Stanford, Virginia Tech, Villanova…

Ranked the No. 7 combo guard by 247Sports.com, he is considering Virginia Tech, Villanova, Marquette, Notre Dame, Stanford and Oklahoma. He took visits to Virginia Tech and Villanova last month.

“He’s a legit 6’6 point guard,” said Myers Park and Team Curry coach Nick Jones. “Schools in on him the most are recruiting him as such. He has incredible feel, IQ, ability to operate ballscreens and pass.

“He plays at his own pace and uses his size and physicality well on both ends of the floor.”
