Derrion Reid, a five-star forward out of Prolific Prep (CA.), has committed to Alabama, he announced Friday.
The 6-foot-7 senior chose the Tide over Georgia, Florida State, Missippi State, Oklahoma and Kansas State, among others.
“ I love their play style and the coaches,” he told ESPN. “I believe I can make an immediate impact and get better in all aspects of my game-so I can get to the league.”
Reid is the teammate of current Alabama signee Aidan Sherrell, a five-star big-man. The two are accompanied by four-star Naas Cunningham in Alabama’s class of 2024.
