Darius Adams, the five-star shooting guard from La Lumiere (IN) and the PSA Cardinals, will take an official visit to UConn from Monday night through Wednesday, his father Dennis told ZAGSBLOG.

Dan Hurley and the two-time defending NCAA champion Huskies have prioritized the 6-foot-5 New Jersey native in the Class of 2025.

“They’re champions, [so] what’s there not to love about it?” Adams previously told ZAGSBLOG. “It’s a great school, [I] love [Danny] Hurley. Hurley and Kimani [Young], they’re here at my games, so I just love to see that support from them.”

Adams has visited N.C. State (Sept. 6-8) and Tennessee (Sept. 13-15) and has visits set for Michigan State (Sept. 20-22) and Alabama (Sept. 27-29) later this month.

“All the schools like Darius because he’s versatile, he can play the one and the two and I’ll just say that all the visits have been very good so far and we have a lot to talk about when it’s all said and done,” his father said.

“We’re just taking notes on the visits and making sure he’s making the right decision,” he added.
