Mekhi Ragland, a three-star center in the class of 2025, has committed to Oklahoma State, he announced Tuesday.
The 6-foot-10 big man chose the Cowboys over Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Georgia State and DePaul, among others. “The visit this past weekend was great,” Ragland told ZAGSBLOG. “I felt welcomed and at home from the very start. Once they had my mom sold they had me sold so it was just a matter of time for me to tell them I’m all in.” He joins four-star sharpshooting guard Ryan Crotty in head coach Steve Lutz’s class of 2025. Oklahoma State recently hosted five-star forward Sebastian Williams-Adams and three-star Seven Spurlock for visits as well. Sunrise Christian coaching staff of Ragland: “Mekhi is a highly skilled big man that makes his teammates better. He has high feel, is a highly skilled passer, and his shooting touch compliments his ability to score with his back to the basket. We are very excited for Mekhi as he takes this next step basketball journey.” Follow Charlie on Twitter Follow Adam Zagoria on Twitter Follow ZAGSBLOGHoops on Instagram And Like ZAGS on Facebook#gopokes🤠pic.twitter.com/pHlxYPAOX5
