Five-star jumbo wing Caleb Wilson remains open in his recruitment and on Monday he received a visit from Arkansas head coach John Calipari along with assistants Chin Coleman and Kenny Payne.

The Wilsons are working on setting up a visit to the SEC school.

“Arkansas stopped by to make a strong pitch to Caleb, highlighting their experience in helping players of his caliber reach their ultimate goals,” Jerry Wilson, Caleb’s father, told ZAGSBLOG. “Coach Calipari, Chinn, and Payne applied the press as Caleb prepared for his school practice. I think it was a very productive meeting. We should have the visit date set soon.”

The 6-foot-9 wing from Atlanta (GA) Holy Innocents Episcopal School and Nightrydas Elite has recently visited UCF, Georgia Tech and USC.

Wilson now lists a top 12 of Arkansas, Duke, North Carolina, Alabama, UCF, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Tennessee, Kentucky, Oregon, Ohio State and USC. He broke down several of his top options for ZAGSBLOG here.
