    Top Class of 2025 recruits AJ Dybantsa (uncommitted), Cameron Boozer (Duke) and Darryn Peterson (Kansas) headline the 2025 Hoophall Classic in Springfield, Mass.

    Games will be played at Blake Arena from January 16-20, 2025, at Springfield College, the Birthplace of Basketball. 

    Marquee boys matchups include Montverde Academy (FL) vs. Oak Hill Academy (VA), Grayson High School (GA) vs. Sierra Canyon School (CA), LaLumiere School (IN) vs. Wasatch Academy (UT), Long Island Lutheran (NY) vs. Arizona Compass Prep (AZ), Montverde Academy (FL) vs. Utah Prep (UT), and Christopher Columbus High School (FL) vs. Perry High School (AZ).

    The tournament will feature seven women’s games this year, including two nationally televised games featuring Long Island Lutheran (NY) vs. IMG Academy (FL) and Etiwanda High School (CA) vs. Incarnate Word (MO). Ten of the Class of 2025’s HoopGurlz WESPN Top 100 recruits will be featured, as well as 10 from the Class of 2026’s Super 60 and one from the Class of 2027’s Terrific 25 and multiple nationally ranked teams.

    Since 2015, 63 Hoophall Classic participants have gone on to play in the NBA, including Jaylen Brown (2015), Jamal Murray (2015), Bam Adebayo (2016), Jayson Tatum (2016), Zion Williamson (2018), Cade Cunningham (2020), and Reed Sheppard (2023). NBA superstars Kevin Durant (2006), Kyrie Irving (2010), Anthony Davis (2011), and Karl-Anthony Towns (2014) have also participated in the event.     Nine of the last 13 No. 1 overall picks in the NBA Draft have played at the Hoophall Classic. This year, Hoophall Classic will feature 33 players in ESPN’s Top 100 from the Class of 2025 (eight of the top 10), 19 from the Class of 2026 Top 60, and three from the Class of 2027 Top 25.
