  • Trevon Duval, the top point guard in the Class of 2017, will take his fourth official visit to Baylor beginning Sunday and will be in attendance for Monday’s West Virginia-Baylor game on ESPN’s “Big Monday.”

A Delaware native now playing at IMG Academy (FL), Duval has taken officials to Kansas, Duke and Arizona, where he was in attendance for UCLA’s 77-72 win over the Wildcats on Saturday night. He also plans to visit Seton Hall.

As expected, Trevon Duval will take his third official visit to Arizona this weekend for the UCLA game.

No. 4 Arizona hosts No. 5 UCLA in a nationally-televised game Saturday night (8:15 ET, ESPN).

The 6-foot-3 point guard has already taken officials to Kansas and Duke. He is also expected to visit Seton Hall and Baylor.

Arizona already has the No. 3-ranked recruiting class in 2017, per Scout.com, highlighted by DeAndre Ayton, the projected No. 1 pick in 2018 per DraftExpress.com.

Uncommitted point guard Trevon Duval sat with Duke signees Gary Trent Jr., and Wendell Carter Jr. for No. 18 Duke’s 86-78 win over No. 8 North Carolina on Thursday night at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

The 6-foot-3 Duval is on his second official visit, following one to Kansas last week. He still plans to visit Arizona, Baylor and Seton Hall and has set no timetable on a decision.

Trent Jr. said he is recruiting Duval as well as uncommitted wing Kevin Knox and uncommitted big man Mohamed Bamba to Duke. Knox took his official visit to Duke in the fall, and will take his final official to UNC on Feb. 18 for the Virginia game. Bamba is slated to visit Duke Feb. 26-28 for his final official.

ROSELLE, N.J. — Seton Hall may remain an underdog to blue chip programs Duke, Kansas and Arizona in the Trevon Duval Sweepstakes but rule them out at your own peril.

Seton Hall sounds like a legitimate option for the 6-foot-3 point guard who used to play at St. Benedict’s Prep in Newark and returned to the Garden State for two games this weekend with his IMG Academy (FL) team.

About 150 blue-clad Pirates fans showed out at Roselle Catholic High School on Super Bowl Sunday to support Duval in his showdown against The Patrick School, the No. 1 team in the Garden State. Pirates head coach Kevin Willard and his entire staff were on hand. And several key Seton Hall players, including juniors Angel Delgado and Desi Rodriguez and freshman Myles Powell, Duval’s close friends, were also in the building.
