    Team Thad coach Norton Hurd told SNY.tv that 2014 point guard Chris Chiozza has not yet decided on his college landing spot.

    “Chris Chiozza has not made any decision yet and will be committing this Tuesdsay,” Hurd said. “His list is now down to Ohio State, Memphis, Tennessee, Auburn, Florida, UMass and Richmond.”

    Chiozza will commit to Florida next week, according to CBSSports.com.

    GREENBURGH, N.Y. — Raymond Felton says his left ankle is 100 percent heading into Game 3 in Indiana.

    The Knicks point guard sprained his ankle late in the third quarter of Game 2’s 105-79 rout and missed the fourth quarter. But he will have had nearly four full days rest by the tip of Game 3 Saturday night.

    “Oh, yeah,” he said Friday when asked if it was 100 percent. “It’s OK, it’s OK.”

    Felton wasn’t at practice Thursday for personal reasons but has been a huge piece of the Knicks’ postseason, averaging 16.9 points and 4.8 assists.

    GREENBURGH, N.Y. — If Amar’e Stoudemire is cleared by the Knicks’ medical staff, Mike Woodson plans to play him for limited minutes in Game 3.

    Woodson’s not suiting Stoudemire up to leave him on the bench, but the $100 million power forward will be capped at 10-15 minutes.

    “I’m not going to risk what we’ve been doing but I am going to play him just to see where he is,” Woodson said Friday before the Knicks flew to Indiana for Game 3.

    “I think if he’s where he needs to be, he didn’t play big minutes the first go around before he got hurt. His minutes will definitely be limited this go around. And he was pretty good in short minutes. So if he could just give us anything in the short time that he’s in there I think it will be very effective for our team.”

    Andrew Wiggins’s host mother would like to see him play for the defending champs.

    “If it was my choice, I’d say he should go to Louisville,” Lesley Thomas, who has been Wiggins’ host mom in West Virginia since he enrolled at Huntington Prep, told the Courier-Journal. “Yes, I would have, because I love Coach Pitino’s program.”

    Louisville already figures to be in the mix for a third straight Final Four appearance with the return of Russ Smith to a group that includes Luke Hancock, Wayne Blackshear, Chane Behanan, Montrezl Harrell and an incoming recruiting class headlined by junior college point guard Chris Jones, the National Junior College Player of the Year. Can you imagine if Wiggins joined the party, too?

    Thomas hosted Louisville center Gorgui Dieng when he lived in Huntington. Dieng is now headed to the NBA Draft.

    “I know Gorgui had a lot of mixed emotions leaving Louisville,” Thomas said. “Everyone there has been so good to him. It’s like a second home.”

    If you don’t know Josh Cunningham by now, it won’t be long.

    The 6-foot-7 forward’s stock has spiked in midst of a breakout spring campaign with the Mac Irvin Fire. The Chicago native and Illinois state champion at Morgan Park High School has developed a versatile, high major-caliber skill set.

    Scary thing is, he’s just starting to scratch the surface.

    Once just an athlete with potential, Cunningham’s perimeter game in particular has expanded, and was on full display last weekend at the Spiece Bill Hensley Memorial Run N’ Slam in Fort Wayne, Ind. Always an outstanding athlete, he’s moved beyond just dunks and now projects as a small forward.
